Qualifications
Hold or be eligible for a valid West Virginia teaching certificate 
with proper endorsement in Elem. Ed. for grades K-5 or Multi-Subject K-8 required. Specialized training is to include: DIBELS, Academy 5 (Ashlock), Basic Skills; Learning Focus Strategies; basic computer skills such as Power Point; flashdrive; Microsoft Office; test item analysis and interpretation; instructional strategies; motivational techniques; classroom management; parental involvement.
