License Plate Design Contest Lets Students’ Character Shine

The contest is open to all students K-12. A panel of educators will judge the entries. The winner will be announced during the first week of the 2005-2006 school year.  

When developing their designs, students should follow the following criteria:  

• Must address character education traits and sportsmanship; • Must fit 11 ½ x 5 ½ design attached http://wvde.state.wv.us/tt/2005/charedu.pdf • Must leave one inch completely around design;  

Entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2005 and should be mailed in a large envelope so designs are not folded.
