A $1,000 Youth Tobacco Prevention Leadership Scholarship will be made available in each RESA to a high school senior who has demonstrated leadership in tobacco prevention. Representatives from West Virginia public health and education organizations will review and judge all applications.
Another $1,000 scholarship will be given to the RESA with the most applicants. Also, one of the regional winners will be selected as the state winner and receive an additional $1,000 scholarship.
