Even Start RFP Application Packet Available

A request for proposals is now available to county boards and community programs that wish to start an Even Start (NCLB Title I, Part B) project in their counties. Even Start is a family literacy program that combines early childhood, adult basic education, parenting, and parent and child together literacy time.
