Ready, Set, Cook!

Students from eleven West Virginia schools will compete in the second annual West Virginia ProStart Hospitality Cup at The Greenbrier March 14 and 15. The teams will demonstrate their culinary and restaurant management skills during the two-day event. The team that places first in the culinary event will represent West Virginia at the national event in Denver, Colorado. The team that receives the highest combined score in the culinary and management case study competition will receive the traveling Hospitality Cup.  

Schools participating in this year’s event are Berkeley Springs High School, Fayette Plateau Vo-Tech Center, Greenbrier East High School, Rockefeller Vo-Tech Center (Hancock County), Marion County Technical Center, Mason County Technical Center, Putnam Career and Technical Center, united Technical Center (Harrison County), Wayne County High School, Wheeling Park High School and Wood County Technical Center.
