One hundred individuals will be selected to attend this leadership program, sponsored by the West Virginia School Boards Association (WVSBA), along with the West Virginia Association of School Administrators (WVASA).
The program will offer interactive sessions dealing with personalized leadership dynamics, how to deal effectively with a small group, such as a county board of education, and moral leadership. It also will include a discussion on educational and societal culture and its impact on educational leaders and an introduction to board/superintendent relations.
Course materials, meals and lodging are at no cost to those who are selected to attend this three-day event.
