The teachers' workshop will begin on Saturday, April 27, withclasses in modern and jazz dance; sessions focusing on the Department of Education's new dance program guidelines, artist-in-residence programs for schools and the future of dance education in West Virginia; and a performance featuring young dance students and guest artists. Sunday, April 28, will feature dance classes taught by the festival's master teachers.
The cost of the two-day workshop is $15. The registration deadlineis April 9.
