This document provides West Virginia’s: program objectives; instructions on how to apply for a grant; steps for writing a school-based proposal; a cover page form, budget form; assurances pages; a proposal rating form; and, a sample project description form.  

West Virginia public school personnel may use this information to write a proposal (application) for obtaining funding for local service-learning programs during the 2002-2003 school year. The deadline for proposal submission is 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 29th, 2002.
