Education First and Technology Literacy Challenge Fund Grant Programs Team Up to Offer Grant Writing Workshops

The Education First and Technology Literacy Challenge Fund grant programs will offer grant writing workshops at four locations across the state. The major focus of the workshops will be on providing a "hands-on" grant writing experience. The creator of SchoolGrants Newsletter and Schoolgrants website, Donna Fernandez from Irving, Texas, will conduct the writing portion of the training. Participants will also be exposed to the guidelines for both the Education First and the Technology Literacy Challenge Fund grant programs. In addition, successful grant recipients of both grant programs will present the highlights of their projects.
