Hundreds West Virginia art and social studies teachers are in Charleston this week to learn how to incorporate 21st century skills into their classrooms. On Tuesday, July 19, 2007 the groups will come together at 1 p.m. to hear from West Virginia Superintendent of Schools Dr. Steven Paine and a keynote address from Patrick Overton. Overton serves as the director of the Front Porch Institute. The institute is dedicated to creating resources for community arts and community cultural development.
