Strawberry Jumpin' French Toast

Strawberries, frozen, plain4 8 16
Cottage cheese or yogurt (optional)1 cup2 cup4 cup


  1. 1. Arrange cubed bread on bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  2. 2. Whisk together eggs, milk and margarine. Pour mixture evenly over bread cubes.
  3. 3. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Thaw strawberries and warm in saucepan.
  6. 6. Cut casserole into even servings.
  7. 7. Top each serving with 1/2 cup strawberries. Top with cottage cheese or yogurt, if desired.
