  1. 1. Cook pasta as directed on box.
  2. 2. Allow pasta to cool.
  3. 3. Chop vegetable. Mix together in large bowl.
  4. 4. Mix oil and vinegar and coat pasta.
  5. 5. Combine pasta and vegetables.
  6. 6. Top with pepper and parmesan cheese. Mix.
