  1. 1. Trim fat from chicken breast.
  2. 2. Cut each breast into four pieces and place in resealable bag.
  3. 3. Add lime juice, oil and pepper and toss in bag.
  4. 4. Marinate 3 hours.
  5. 5. Place on oiled cookie sheet.
  6. 6. Bake at 400 F for about an hour.
