Executive Secretary WVSSAC

Duties and Responsibilities
A list of the duties of the executive secretary is found in section 127-1-12 of the WVSSAC Rules and Regulations Handbook. Any applicant who does not have access to this document may request such by calling the office of the WVSSAC or by contacting any local member school principal.

Qualifications
1) College degree - Master's degree with educational background 
2) Experience in athletic and educational administration (3 years minimum) 
3) Demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities on previous job(s) 
4) Ability to communicate both written and orally with the media, principals, coaches and officials 
5) Demonstrated personnel management skills necessary to supervise an office staff 
6) Thorough knowledge of and ability to interpret the Constitution and By Laws of the WVSSAC 
7) Flexibility with respect to travel 
8) Possess financial management skills 
9) Knowledge of or willingness to gain knowledge in the computer operation of the WVSSAC 

Salary
Negotiable
