E-rate FY 2007

West Virginia K-12 schools update and revise county and school strategic plans each year.  This systemic planning process includes the West Virginia K-12 strategic technology plan for improved student achievement; the reported data enables West Virginia Department of Education, counties and schools to meet planning requirements mandated by the federal programs, E-rate and No Child Left Behind, Title II, Part D.
