Assessment Rubrics

Teachers design rubrics to accompany the performance tasks within the PBL as well as the culminating project or product. Student proficiency relevant to the content, learning skills and technology tools objectives identified within the unit design must be assessed. To help teachers with the assessment of writing, we have linked to the WV writing rubric on the Office of Instruction website. We are also in the process of designing rubrics for 21^st century skills identified within the Learning Skills and Technology Tools standards and objectives. These, too, are posted to the Office of Instruction website, http://wvde.state.wv.us/instruction/pblrubrics.html.
