West Virginia Mathematics
Possible Course Sequences
WV Board Policy 2510 requires that all students, beginning with freshmen 2008-2009, take four mathematics credits. It is the intent that students in West Virginia will take mathematics annually, but they must take at least three mathematics classes in grades 9-12. This document recommends some ways that students might meet this requirement. This list does not include every possible pathway to graduation, but merely a recommended course sequence.
