Interactive Whiteboards

Interactive whiteboards such as the SMART board, Promethean board, and Intelliboard, are all great additions to the classroom.  They can display anything that can be shown on a computer's desktop.  Teachers can record their daily instruction so that students who have been absent or who need repetition can access it.  Interactive whiteboards can be used to display student presentations, creat e-portfolios, take notes directly into PowerPoint presentations, reinforce skills using online interactive websites, or create an interactive word wall.  Interactive whiteboards can enhance teaching and learning.
