The goal of the OAA for IDEA compliance is to provide information and technical assistance to parents and district personnel pertaining to the Continuous Improvement Monitoring Process, dispute resolution systems and compliance issues related to implementing IDEA 2004 and Policy 2419: Regulations for the Education of Students with Exceptionalities.
