The West Virginia Department of Education is posting the State Plan for the American Rescue Plan - Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief Funding. The Plan provides a description of how the WVDE will support the county school systems in their implementation of ARP-ESSERF activities, and how the state will collect data and monitor progress on key ARP-ESSERF indicators.
