Dear School Health Services Directors, School Nurses, School Counselors,
Attendance Directors, Universal PreK Directors and School Secretarial Staff,
et al,

 

As the end of the two week grace period for 7th and 12th grade adolescent
vaccination requirements comes to a close for many counties, Dr. Marple and
the WVDE staff are providing the attached memo and tool kit link to assist
with this new requirement.  The memo and tool kit are posted at

tm for access through the school network.  Please feel free to contact
