Spring Special Education Leadership Conference Agenda
April 23-25, 2012

Each director must have a laptop computer. In addition, prepare and bring the following documents to be reviewed and applied during the financial workshops scheduled Tuesday, April 24:

A copy of the district FY 12 (2011-2012) project application
A copy of the special education budget spread sheet for FY 12 (2011-2012)
Passwords to the online plan and Annual Desk Audit (ADA)
A copy of the Chart of Accounts (or access to the School Finance website)
If possible, review with the district Treasurer or Financial Officer the Maintenance of Effort (MOE) information (which was emailed) and the MOE 2013 screens in the online plan for students with disabilities, and come with any questions
If possible, the FY 13 projected budget total state and local expenditures
