WV'S STATE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL FUNDING

This application is submitted annually in order to receive West Virginia's federal Part B grant award for the education of students with disabilities ages 3-21.
The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) requires all states to make these applications available for 60 days and 30 days for public comment. At the close of the public notice and comment period, the Office of Special Programs will inform OSEP in writing of any changes to the application resulting from the public comment.
The public comment period is from March 2 through March 31, 2009. The comment form is in the last section of the document below.
