County Test Coordinator

The county test coordinator is the primary liaison between the Office of Assessment and Accountability and the high schools for information about COMPASS® and dissemination of materials.


Test Center Coordinator

The test center coordinator shall maintain the security of the COMPASS® test, assure the computers are registered as workstations and COMPASS® is installed, administer COMPASS under standard conditions or standard conditions with accommodations and contact the principal/building level coordinator with any questions and/or administration issues.   See the West Virginia COMPASS® User Guide located in the COMPASS® File Cabinet for additional information about pre-test activities, administration of the test and after testing.
Technical Support Coordinator
The technical support coordinator will be contacted by ACT regarding any technical problems that may arise, such as network traffic or workstation setup.  This person may provide technical support during the registration of the computers as workstations and installation and administration of COMPASS®.
