Celebrating Connections - Connecting Communities through Early Care and Education Conference is West Virginia's Third Annual Early Childhood Conference.  

The conference will be February 23-26, 2000 at the Charleston Civic Center. February 23 is the preconference day and will feature more in-depth workshops.
