The State Board will meet for a work session beginning at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 14, 2004 in the Memorial Student Center - Shawkey Room, Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia. Items for the work session are: Update Public Service Training; Update West Virginia Arts Education; Policy 2320: A Process for Improving Education - Performance Based Accreditation System; Policy 5202: Minimum Requirements for the Licensure of Professional/Paraprofessional Personnel and Advanced Salary Classification; Policy 5100: Approval of Educational Personnel preparation Programs; Policy 4321.1: Standards for School Nutrition; Policy 2422.7: Rules and Regulations for Performance of Specialized Health Procedures in Schools; Report - Effects of Consolidation; Consideration of RESA Regional Council Recommendations for Executive Director Salaries; Legal and/or Personnel Matters, and future meetings.
