Applications Accepted to Host Jordanian Administrators

CHARLESTON, W.Va. Room and board wanted! West Virginia schools have the opportunity to host educational administrators visiting the United States from Jordan. The Fulbright Teacher and Administrator Exchange Program is accepting application from U.S. Schools to host nine Jordanian school administrators from Tuesday, September 21 through Wednesday, September 29, 2004.  

The Fulbright Educational Program with Jordan is a pilot program involving Jordanian administrators who are interested in interacting with school staff and students, and learning about teaching and administration in U.S. schools at all levels. They also will study processes in U.S. schools that help both teachers and educators achieve their goals. Further, the Jordanian group looks forward to observing the use of technology and media in U.S. education.  

Application deadline is July 15, 2004.
