The State Board will meet in regular session beginning at 8:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 10, 2004 in Hampshire County, at the School for the Blind Auditorium, West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, 301 East Main Street, Romney, West Virginia. President Sandra M. Chapman, will preside.
