State Board of Education to Meet in Charles Town Posted: October 02, 2003 The State Board will meet for a work session beginning at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at Wright Denny Intermediate School, 209 West Congress Street, Charles Town, West Virginia.
