State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston Posted: September 10, 2003 The State Board will meet for a work session beginning at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2003 in the State Board Conference Room, Capitol Building 6, Room 353, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV.
