State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston

The State Board will meet for a work session beginning at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2003 in the Board Conference Room, Capitol Building 6, Room 353. Agenda items for the work session are: Report on Writing Assessment; Report on School Transportation; Report on County Board Legislative Committee, Legal and/or Personnel Matters, and future meetings.  

The State Board will meet in regular session beginning at 8:30 a.m., on Thursday, January 9, 2003 in the Board Conference Room, Capitol Building 6, Room 353. President Howard M. Persinger, Jr., will preside.
