Request for Proposal for Title I Supplemental Educational Services Available

The West Virginia Department of Education, in compliance with the No Child Left Behind legislation, is releasing a "Title I Supplemental Educational Services Notice, Request For Proposal, and Instructions to Potential Providers."

This RFP is based upon new federal legislation allowing federal funds to provide supplemental services for disadvantaged children attending low performing schools.
