WV State Board of Education to Meet at West Liberty State College State Board to Visit Governor's School for the Arts Posted: July 05, 2002 The State Board will meet for a work session beginning at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, in the Boyle Conference Center, Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex at West Liberty State College, West Liberty, WV. Agenda items for the work session are: Braxton County/Russia Exchange Program, Promotional Efforts/Public Relations, and Legal/Personnel Matters.
