WV Schools for Deaf and Blind Students to Hold Summer Programs

The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind in Romney will conduct summer programs the week of July 21-27. Students in grades 4-12 who are blind or partially sighted or deaf or hard of hearing may attend at no charge. The enrichment programs will include picnics, crafts and local field trips.
