State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston

The West Virginia Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 14, beginning at 9:15 a.m. in the State Board Conference Room, Capitol Building 6, Room 353, Charleston. President Sandra M. Chapman will preside.
The board will meet for a work session on Wednesday, February 13, beginning at 1:00 p.m. to discuss the following items: foreign language, report on NASBE meeting, legislative report, instructional time, Policy 5050, State Board policy development, evaluations of state superintendent and OEPA director, personnel, state board travel schedule and itinerary for meetings, and communications.
