State Superintendent to Deliver "State of Schools" Address

State Superintendent of Schools Dr. David Stewart will deliver the annual State of the Schools address on Wednesday, August 1, in the Civic Center Coliseum, starting at 1:30 p.m. In a PowerPoint presentation featuring video taken at schools across the state, Dr. Stewart will discuss the current state of education and seven refined goals for education in West Virginia.  

Emphasizing the importance of education in the Mountain State, Governor Bob Wise is also scheduled to address educators and to help present technology awards.
