State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston Posted: May 03, 2001 The West Virginia Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, May 10, in the Board Conference Room, Capitol Complex, Building 6, Room 353, Charleston, WV. President J.D. Morris will preside. The State Board will meet beginning at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, for a work session with Department of Education staff and members from several Tomblin v. Gainer committees.
