State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston Posted: April 05, 2001 The West Virginia Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 12, in the Board Conference Room, Capitol Complex, Building 6, Room 353, Charleston, WV. President J.D. Morris will preside. The State Board will meet beginning at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, for pre-board discussions with representatives from the following groups: select Department of Education staff members; West Virginia Commission for Professional Teaching Standards; West Virginia Association of School Administrators; and the West Virginia School Boards Association.
