State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston Posted: December 07, 2000 The West Virginia Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, December 14, in the Board Conference Room, Capitol Complex, Building 6, Room 353, Charleston, WV. President J.D. Morris will preside. The State Board will meet at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, for pre-board discussions with representatives from the following groups: Parent Educator Resource Center, Stop the Violence, Children's Health Insurance Program, and the Challenger Learning Center.
