State Board to Meet in Charleston on Nov. 9 Posted: November 02, 2000 The West Virginia Board of Education will meet on Thursday, November 9, 2000, in the Board Conference Room, Room 353, Building 6, Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia, at 8:30 a.m. for a work session; the regular monthly meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. President J. D. Morris will preside.
