Training Offered to Help Employees Meet New Food Code Guidelines Posted: September 12, 2000
To help restaurants and their employees comply with new state and federal food code guidelines, the Department of Education and the West Virginia Hospitality and Travel Association are offering a series of ServSafeŽ food protection manager courses throughout the Mountain State in October.
Classes will be offered in Martinsburg, Fairmont, Wheeling, Flatwoods, Parkersburg, Beckley, Huntington and Charleston.
