Request for Expression of Interest Available for Education Administrator at South Branch Career and Technical Center Posted: June 10, 2009 The West Virginia Department of Education has published a Request for Expression of Interest for Technical and Adult Education Administrator at South Branch Career and Technical Center in Petersburg.
Send letters of interest with a current resume by July 1, 2009, to Dr. Stanley Hopkins, Assistant State Superintendent, Division of Technical and Adult Education Services, West Virginia Department of Education, 1900 Kanawha Blvd., East, Building 6, Room 221, Charleston, WV 25305-0330. West Virginia certification and licensure as a career and technical education administrator, with a minimum of three years administration experience at the middle/high school level and training in the evaluation of school personnel in accordance with West Virginia Code 18A-2-12 is required. A master’s degree in educational administration and experience in administering career, technical and adult education programs is preferred. Salary is based on certification, experience and the Grant County Schools Principal’s Salary Index. Position closes on July 1 at 4 p.m.
