State Board of Education to Meet in Charleston Posted: April 06, 2000 The West Virginia Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 13, in Room 353, Building 6, Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East,Charleston, WV. President Cleo P. Mathews will preside.
