State Board to Meet in Charleston Posted: February 03, 2000 The West Virginia Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 10, in Room 353, Building 6, Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV. President Cleo P. Mathews will preside.
