The West Virginia Board of Education will meet on Friday, September 30, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Board Conference Room, Capitol Building 6, Room 353, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia, to consider the request of the Mingo County Board of Education to waive Level III administrative appeal proceedings in Duty et al. v. West Virginia Board of Education, Civil Action No. 05-AA-22.
