Policy 2445.40: Groupings for Adoption of Instructional Resources

A revision to the policy has been approved and will go into effect on February 11, 2013.  The primary revision will switch the adoption years for English Language Arts and Science.  If approved, the call for English langage arts resources will be issued in 2013  and the call for science resources will be in 2015.  Additionally, the revision incorporated the language from Policy 2445.44: Rules fro Granting Exemptions to the Legal Requirements for the Adoption and Utilization of Textbook. This action resulted in the repeal of Policy 2445.44.

The State Board of Education approved this policy revision on January 9, 2013.
