Qualifications
A valid West Virginia teaching certificate with an endorsement in English, grades 5-8, 7-12 or Elementary Education 1-8, Multi-Subject K-8 or Language Arts. Must be a teacher/consultant and have experience with Windows 95, Compaq, PageMaker, Quark, or Adobe-In-Design. Also, must have experience in writing a finished product and experience in laying our pages for publication using a desktop program. Experience in XP computers and Word required. Record of past performance as instructors will be considered.
