Qualifications
 Hold or be eligible for a valid West Virginia teaching certificate with proper endorsement in LD/BD/MI and Elementary Education. Specialized training is to include: functional behavior intervention plans; student confidentiality; Learning Focus Strategies; instructional strategies; motivational techniques; classroom management; parental involvement. Job Description #150 and #155 is hereby incorporated as a part of this posting. Note: Should there be no fully certified applicants; those eligible for a permit may be considered.
