Description
1. Attend provided tutor training 
2. Analyze student records to help create an Individual Program of  
Instruction (IPI) 
3. Collaborate with RESA staff, parents, classroom teachers, and county  
administrators to provide effective tutoring services 
4. Deliver individual or small-group instruction on targeted skills 
5. Provide informal and formal communication with school personnel and  
parents 
6. Evaluate student progress using formal and informal measures 
7. Complete and submit time sheets to the RESA 5 office monthly

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education required 
2. Three years teaching experience preferred 
3. Expertise in Reading/Language Arts or Mathematics required 
4. Experience and/or training in working with skill deficiencies preferred 

Salary
$25 per hour
