Purpose of Session V: Chapters 8-11

• Provide an overview of significant revisions to the policy since the final IDEA 2004 regulations went into effect on October 13, 2006
• Provide clarification regarding prior written notice
• Continue the dialogue with interested stakeholders across the state regarding implementation of the policy and gather information for additional technical assistance
